Bring your own shovel and container to take free compost
from these locations;
9am – 11am at Corvette Junior Public School
11am – 1pm at W.A. Porter School
1pm – 3pm at Prairie Drive Park
After researching into this, I learned that the City of Toronto has a number of free compost depots and they will be open from April to October 2011. Residents can get up to one cubic metre of leaf compost (approximately one car trunkful) at the sites listed below. Compost is available on a weekly basis while supplies last.
